By joining the SCCHEA Warriors Cheer team, I agree to uphold the following program rules:
- I will demonstrate the character quality of attentiveness by listening to the instructions of my coaches.
- I will demonstrate the character quality of faithfulness by attending all practices and games.
- I will demonstrate the character quality of orderliness by abiding by the dress code. I understand uniforms for SCCHEA Cheer are specifically designed to provide safety for our athletes while maintaining a modest, non-offensive appearance.

- I will keep my focus on team activities during all events, practices, and games.
SCCHEA Cheer Parents’ Code of Conduct
By letting my student join a SCCHEA Warriors Cheer team, I agree to uphold the following program rules:
- I will support and help ensure that the Cheer Athlete Code of Conduct is followed by my student.
- I will maintain a positive presence on all platforms of social media as well as in texting groups. I understand that these forums are not the place to air frustrations about SCCHEA, the Cheer program, my child’s team, and/or my child’s coaches.
- I understand that the SCCHEA Cheer program is volunteer-driven. In order for the program to be successful, each person must do their part. I agree to assist the team, if asked, how I can and to the best of my abilities.
- I will ensure my child arrives on time to all practices, games, and events.
- I will demonstrate the character quality of self-control by not participating in the use of profane language, alcohol, tobacco, or drugs at practices, games, or other events.
- We understand that, as in any group, there will be conflict. We have the following in place for conflict management:
- When you desire to have a meeting with a coach concerning a conflict, you will need to schedule a meeting with the coach and two board members.
- The time to talk about conflict is not in the heat of the moment. Please do not approach the coach with frustrations following a practice, game, or event. Take time to pray about the situation, then set up a meeting as lined out above.
- I further understand that dealing with conflict should not interrupt a practice, game, or other event but should be handled at a different, scheduled time.
